There is nothing like a classy sheer blouse with the perfect silver tank top under it and a nice pair of wide legged black slacks. The other options would be jeans and a black tank, neatly tucked under you sheer shirt, the perfect wedge and a blazer for the fall. There are a quite a few options for a sheer tank top. One thing that is very 90’s is wearing a sheer shirt with your under garments showing. The age of Madonna’s like a virgin concept is long gone, please don’t do it… for everyone’s sake.
